Reviews and Ratings
Overall, I had a great stay at this resort just outside of Orlando. The staff made me feel welcome right from the start, and the resort offered plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. However, the laundry room could use some improvements, and the package fees felt a bit high. The facility was clean and fun, making it a good value, especially for families looking to enjoy some time together.
Our stay at Thousand Trails Orlando was memorable, providing a fantastic atmosphere with enjoyable amenities and activities. The welcoming staff made our experience even better with their attentiveness. While the pool areas were nice, the mailroom experience could use improvement due to a service issue. Overall, it’s a wonderful destination for families looking to access nearby attractions, especially Disney properties.
My experience at this resort was mixed. On one hand, the location was convenient for exploring Orlando's attractions, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I didn't appreciate the management's lack of responsiveness and the overall size of the restroom facilities, which felt a bit cramped. The value for money was questionable given my check-in issues and the unexpected last-minute reservation price.
I had a pretty good experience overall at this resort. The amenities were impressive and well-maintained, especially the pools and activity areas. However, the customer service could use some improvement, particularly during check-in, which left a sour first impression. The spacious and clean sites make up for some of the service issues, but the strict arrival policies were unnecessary and irritating.
I recently stayed at TTO, and I have to say, it's the closest to a resort experience that Thousand Trails offers. The park itself is vast, covering over 1,000 sites, and has an abundance of amenities like pools, a hot tub, and plenty of activities. While the staff was outstanding and attentive, I did encounter some issues with management being overly strict at times, which felt a bit unwelcoming. Overall, it's a great place for families, but the management could use a bit more understanding and flexibility.
